Behavioral Health Counseling

We are certified to provide mental health services to individuals suffering from mood disorders such as depression and Bipolar disorder, as well as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), severe anxiety, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). In addition, counselors provide treatment to individuals who need help coping with traumatic experiences, death and other adjustment disorders that obstruct their lives.

Our counselors are licensed by the State of Ohio, meeting specific standards for best practices and engage in continuous education.

Clients must bring: Photo ID, Social Security Card, Proof of Address and Income

The support of the Cleveland Foundation, Mt. Sinai Healthcare Foundation and Community West Foundation has enabled us to expand and enhance our core service.

Comprehensive Support Services

We provide community support services to individuals and families who need help finding employment, affordable housing, food, clothing and other emergency services. May Dugan Staff serves as a liaison between clients and existing resources . We help clients find job leads, referrals to supportive agencies, developing a resume, provide furniture (to clients who qualify), and help navigate through various Federal and State housing programs. In addition, clients will also have access to other basic needs programs including food and clothing distribution and basic health and wellness programming. Services are offered in English and Spanish.

INTAKE HOURS:

Intake/registration is open every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 10:00am and
Wednesday at 5:00pm

We are able to provide these support services free of charge through the generous support from The Thomas C. & Sandra S. Sullivan Foundation, the Council for Economic Opportunities of Greater Cleveland (CEOGC) and Community Development Block Grants from the City of Cleveland.
