SENIORS ON THE MOVE

QUALITY PROGRAMMING FOR 21st CENTURY OLDER ADULTS

May Dugan Center Seniors on the Move empowers older adults to stay active and engaged in their community. Our goal is to provide a community to supports thriving in place in the 21st century. Programming focuses on adoption and mastery of skills to manage finances, health, technology, emotional well-being, and social connectedness.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Seniors on the Move program was launched in 2015 to provide socialization for older adults and share information on issues that impact their lives, including wellness information, workshops, health screenings, and outings. Over time, the program has grown to include learning opportunities in technology and creative arts, and speakers on topics of interest to program participants.

Our in-person sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In-person activities include outings to area attractions and events, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Cleveland Museum of Art, Playhouse Square, and Guardians games.

Watch the group enjoy an outdoor celebration with entertainment provided by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's Joy Ride.
